Weight Loss #3 Cleansing
Weight Loss & Cleansing:
If there are any problems with bowel function or movement, incorporate ComforTone and add ICP to one of your drinks. This will further enhance the cleansing action of the liver.
You can utilize threes recipes for cleansing. If you maintain the juices and eat only the foods on the list you will not only cleanse your liver, but you may also have a phenomenal loss of excess weight.
For quicker weight loss, double or triple Lipozyme from 1 per day up to 6 per day. Also as you start losing weight you may want to start using the Cel-Lite- Magic Massage oil to help tighten the skin.
Anytime you are eating regular meals away from home, always have a salad because it will improve your digestion. Take JuvaSpice, and/or JuvaPower, with you. Put JuvaPower on your salad or JuvaSpice on your foods. Every meal should include JuvaPower and JuvaSpice without fail.
Keep in mind that raw celery, lettuce, carrots and beets are the only vegetables that combine well with fruits and it is not wise to combine more than three vegetables with any fruit at anytime. If you eat a lot of fruits and have a big vegetable dinner such as a big salad, then eat watermelon for dessert-this will create mucus in the stomach.
If you happen to have a bad stomach, take 3 grated carrots, celery, or beets and add 1/3 fresh ripe banana, a few raisins, and a few dry sliced figs.
Never Mix nuts with wet fruits.
If you want to improve your stomach, eat 3 sliced or grated apples, 1/3 carrot, celery, or beet. This combination helps dissolve and eliminate mucus. To improve this action add a few raisins, or dried figs. A little agave can also be added. You can even blend it.
Here are a few recipes out of the Re-JUVA-nate Your Health booklet.

Braggs Liquid Aminos--Alternative to soy sauce.
Here is a recipe that I really like that I fix for myself .
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
6 Tblsp. Braggs liquid aminos
1 whole one diced onion
1 whole tomato sliced
1 big carrot
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
Cover and steam until done.
You can add two oz. of fish, chicken, or turkey, and steam it with the veggies. This makes a meal and a half for one person. Also you can add broccoli and cauliflower if you wish and just double for two people. Season with Mrs. Dash if you wish, it really doesn't need anything else or JuvaSpice. Some people may want to add a little more of the Liquid Aminos for flavoring.
At bedtime

1/4 tsp. Prenonlone cream +
2 Tbls JuvaPower
3x is a day 30 drops of Sclaressence in a capsule
