There are many preventive measures that we can take to have a healthy, strong, immune system. Of course, one of the measures we can take is to be sure to get an adequate amount of exercise. A brisk walk, stair climbing, aerobic exercise, swimming, and other forms of exercise that you personally love will not only help to build up your immune system, but give us the fit body we all strive to get or maintain.
Exercise adds strength to the body's immune system along with being sure to get adequate rest. Exercising, if done for at least 30 minutes, four to five times a week, will result in a positive way not only to work on your immune system, but will also give you a sense of well being, strong bone structure, and strength to carry on the tasks that are set before you. I personally use my slant board daily to assist reverse gravity.
